2 NEW YOGA CLASSES
Gentle Chair Yoga Thur. 6:30-7:30pm
This class is specifically designed for any person with limited mobility/flexibility due to ailments that restrict movement. Monika will guide students on a gentle exploration of arm, leg & torso movement.
Anusara-inspired Yoga Sat. 10:15-11:15am
This hatha yoga practice is sometimes described as “Iyengar” yoga with a sense of humor. Tree will focus on alignment & breath….allowing students to explore safely within their personal ability.
both of these classes require students to reserve a space
