You may join a session class anytime as a drop-in or we will pro-rate the fee.

2 NEW YOGA CLASSES

Gentle Chair Yoga     Thur. 6:30-7:30pm

This class is specifically designed for any person with limited mobility/flexibility due to ailments that restrict movement.  Monika will guide students on a gentle exploration of arm, leg & torso movement.

Anusara-inspired Yoga     Sat. 10:15-11:15am

This hatha yoga practice is sometimes described as “Iyengar” yoga with a sense of humor.  Tree will focus on alignment & breath….allowing students to explore safely within their personal ability.

About Yoga Classes

All our yoga classes are multi-level with options for beginners to advanced.  Classes can be made easier or more challenging by following the teachers’ cues for variations and modifications of the poses.  Beginner and Gentle Yoga is suitable for students who are new to yoga and/or those with limited mobility or limitations.  Restorative Yoga is suitable for students recovering from injury and/or a wonderful way to combat stress and allow deep relaxation.
